The Office of Real estate team encompasses 50 years of collective real estate strategic planning, portfolio and transaction management experience, providing the following services across Pitt campuses:
- Guide decisions and direction regarding real estate and land holdings
- Synthesize the academic, economic, physical, social and civic implications of University real estate decisions
- Negotiate, execute and manage all University agreements for acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, easements, ancillary agreements, and development partnerships
- Manage commercial and other assets purchased via real estate debt
